The Republic

The fight for the independence of Cuba continues in the scenery of puppet governments, dictatorships, strikes, riots, reforms, meaningful attacks to quarters, multiple battles in the city and the mountains carried by countless student and worker leaders. A trial, Moncada’s one, an allegation that would become a platform to follow, a Movement, the one of July 26, and a generation, the centennial one, gave place to the second invasion East to West, which led to the desired triumph in January 1959.
