Havana, Feb 9 (Prensa Latina) Publishing house Revistas del Caribe (Caribbean Magazines) will present the 5th edition of its own directory of events in Cuba in the International Tourism Fair (FITCuba 2019) in May. The document shows information on the main events, meetings and profesional meetings to be organized in Cuba, an important tool for tour operators and travel agencies. The directory in its current version appeared in Madrid, Spain, during the recent celebration of the 34th edition of the International Fair (FITUR 2019).
This directory is made for tour operators, travel agents, event organizers, hotel service providers and other professionals in the sector. The 2019 edition of the Directory of Events in Cuba is also available in digital version (www.eventosencuba.com). The document contains information on the main Convention Centers in the country and hotels with facilities for events, their rooms, capacities, equipment and associated services, the General Events Calendar facilitated by the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur), an organization with which the publishing house maintains close relations.
The directory includes the list of events for the Havana Convention Center, the Pabexpo fairground, meetings and congresses of the company Comercializadora de Servicios Medicos Cubanos, and of sports events broadcast by the agency Cubadeportes. It shows the contacts with Cuban travel agencies, their offices all over the island, and contacts with the hotels.
Besides, it contains a selection of services for those who participate in the scheduled meetings of the year, which includes: communications, transportation, medical services, international pharmacies, insurance and printing services. The 2019 Directory in its print edition will be presented in a preliminary way in Havana, and will have versions in several languages.
