Villa Clara is located in the very center of the island of Cuba, making the province a bridge between western and eastern Cuba. Getting to Villa Clara is simple: by road or plane. If you decide to do it by road, the central highway and the National Highway cross the province, and you can get there by bus, train and car. For foreign tourists the bus is Viazul which has a free reservation service. If you decide to travel by plane, visitors arriving from abroad land at the International Airport "Abel Santa Maria Cuadrado" located on the road to Maleza km 11, on the outskirts of the city of Santa Clara.
