Havana International Book Fair
Date: February 10 to 20, 2022 (POSTPONED FOR APRIL)
The 30th Havana International Book Fair, once again under the motto "Reading is growing", in its usual venue of the San Carlos de La Cabaña Historic Military Park and in the Historic Center of the city of Havana. The literary event will pay tribute to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Carilda Oliver Labra and Jesús Orta Ruiz (the Naborí Indian) and will be dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the publication of the poem Ismaelillo, by José Martí and the novel Cecilia Valdés or La Loma del Ángel, by Cirilo Villaverde.
The Fair offers a space for participation and exchange to all entities linked to the world of publications, as well as authors, editors, distributors, booksellers, printers, literary agents, multimedia producers, journalists and other professionals, making it the best place to meet Cuban readers. Dedicated to Ana Cairo Ballestero and Eugenio Hernández Espinosa.

International Congress on Higher Education University 2022 University 2022 
The 13th. International Convention and Fair Informática 2022 Infomática 2022
The XVIII edition of the International Convention and Fair Informática 2022 will be held from March 21 to 25, 2022, at the Havana Convention Center and from virtual platforms. It will provide the opportunity to exchange, either in person or virtually, on experiences and results associated with the use of Information and Communication Technologies. It will be a space for the promotion of the national industry of computer applications and services, its capacities and integration with other forms of management, in addition to the use of technologies for productive linkages and export possibilities in this activity.

Havana World Music Alternative Havana World Music Festival
The Havana World Music Festival (HWM), the largest alternative event in the Caribbean, confirms its next edition from March 24 to 26, 2022, under the artistic direction of performer and composer Eme Alfonso.
With the participation of national and international artists of the genre, the event will be held at the José Antonio Echeverría Recreational Center in the capital.

San Remo Music Awards. Cuba 2022 San Remo April 2022
Based in Havana, the event will unite Italy and Cuba through musical art and foresees the participation of singer Fiorella Mannoia, one of the leading voices in Italian songwriting.
Organized by Empresa de Grabaciones y Ediciones Musicales de Cuba (Egrem), the SMRA Festival is sponsored by the Cuban Ministry of Culture and the Cuban Institute of Music.

International Congress on Biotechnology BioHabana BioHabana 2022
BioHabana 2022 is scheduled to be held from April 25 to 29, at the Convention Palace of the capital. It will allow participants from industrialized and developing countries to discuss their experiences and results in order to build alliances that will have a greater impact on public health.
Among the main topics of the event will be the Covid-19 pandemic, medical technology and industry 4.0; chronic inflammation, cancer and autoimmunity; agricultural biotechnology and brain diseases.
They will also address subjects such as bioprocesses and innovation in new business models for high-tech sectors.
